"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it was not the usual cookie-cutter image I had in my mind. I had a queen suite, it was spacious, clean, and contemporary. The shower was fantastic! It was large and quiet, unlike so many chain hotel showers that could wake the dead with their banging and moaning. Honestly though, the very best part of my stay materialized in a young woman named Nanya. My phone died one morning and she stuck with working on a solution until she fixed it! Above and beyond, all the while being perfectly pleasant and kind. This is my new favorite travel hotel. Alison S."
