Things were broken, towels had stains, had to go to the quality in next door for the front desk, weeds grown up to my knees outside, hair dryer was broken, my non-smoking room smelled like smoke, but besides all that it was actually good. At least it’s a safe area, has comfortable beds, and was cheap. Really didn’t need much more than a good and cheap place to sleep so I was satisfied.

The staff was fantastic. The area felt very safe. I gave my low rating because there were stains on the ceiling and floor, I only received new towels one night of my three night stay, they did not restock my toilet paper, and the door did not lock from the outside.

no staff on site, it combine with quality inn, front door lock broken, old and dirty, some of the room unlock and door open a gap and inside no light, feeling unsafe, feeling someone somewhere you don't know. but the staff in quality inn was nicefor our check in.

Won't stay again.

Cons: Room smelled very musty. Carpet was stained. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The TV got 1 station. We didn't have a shower curtain and had to go to the front desk to get one. Pros: Room darkening shades worked well, bed was comfortable, lady at front was nice

The property wasn’t the problem at all. The staff was amazing. YOU Expedia was the issue. You didn’t push my booking through therefore I had to pay AGAIN with the promise of YOU reimbursing me. They were extremely nice and talked me through what would happen from check in on. Even charged me less than you did Expedia! I expect my refund immediately from you and I will be using another booking app from here on because this is twice this has happened booking through you and there will not be a third

Not the best but not the worst either

It was a strange place. It was run out of another hotel next door. The old reception area was very dated. Strange tile on the floor and wall. Hall smelled and a couple pieces of garbage outside of a room. My room was clean but the pillows were a joke. They were the size of sofa pillows. I used one from my car instead. I think I was the only one in the building, they had a lot of cancellations from the tropical storm off the east coast. It felt odd to say the least but they can’t control the weather. I could see going there again. It was easy on the wallet and I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton. I hope they renovate it. Please renovate it. It needs it. The service was great. Receptionists at the other hotel were super nice.

The furniture in the room was filthy! The sheets were old, but clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff that I encountered was very nice and helpful. I would not stay here again due to the outdated furniture, etc. in the room.

I arrived at 8:30 and checked in. The door to my room was open with the inside lock handle adjusted to keep it open. That was uncomfortable for me because anyone could have entered before I got there. I have the key card and would appreciate a secure room when I arrive.

It will do, the guy at front desk was nice but wasn’t there when I got in around 9pm and took two calls to get him to the front. My stay was in the second building which is through a pretty empty parking lot and the keys are two Pizza Hut ads. A little dingy but no vermin or dirt immediately visible

When I made my reservation and paid for the room it never stated anywhere on the hotel website or hotel.com website that I would have to pay a deposit of $100 and the room was only $55 that I had to pay online the cleanliness was zero the comfort was zero the people was negative a hundred the receptionist that checked us in was very rude but the receptionist when we checked out was okay

I wish this app would let me upload photos. The place itself felt more like a haunted house than a hotel. Collapsing ceiling on overhang outside of our window. Cracks and water stains on ceilings and walls. Tape holdings remote for the broken TV together. Telephone didn't work. Sunk wouldn't drain. Just aweful.

I went to this location. There is no staff at this hotel. I'd had to go to the hotel next door to check in. I did went back to this hotel.. the room is horrid. The HEAT DOES NOT WORK. The bathroom was filthy and looked to be used linen folded up. Lamp shade busted. Carpets in lobby were wet. Looked to be **** on wall above bed. Ceiling molded and cracked paint feeling. Hallways and room smelled like dirty animals. Gave the room keep back to the desk at hotel next door. Also this is not the hotel I booked. I booked the adjoined hotel that I have stayed in the past. Not this one! Will not refund my money either
