"I never leave reviews but i have to this time. We were very warmly greeted when we arrived. Our room was fab. A proper bedroom feel instead of the generic hotel feel. The beds were soo comfy!! The room as warm with everything we needed. We used the leisure facilities and were very impressed. Ghd straightners and hairdriers in the changing rooms was a brilliant addition. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and we were served by a lovely, smiley waitress. Big shout out to the receptionist on duty ALL WEEKEND! Nothing was a bother and she was a star. We hope to revisit next year when we're down racing! "

"Great location. Near beach and golf course. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice comfortable surroundings. Large bedroom, clean and comfortable bed. Good choice of tea/coffee. "

"First time at Malmaison with 2 small dogs. Room was a suite and only had booked a standard double room. Absolutely beautiful with bath and Jack and Jill shower facilities and sinks. Extra room to side with circular couch bed and flat screen TV . Staff very helpful. Unable to take dogs into Brasserie restaurant but are in for stairs bar and food brought to table. But more difficult at breakfast but eventually after explaining unable to up and down lift with breakfast we were allowed to sit in conference side room with dogs which was adjacent to buffet breakfast room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay "

"Nice hotel, not quaint or Scottish, but nice. I am not sure if they used any insulation between rooms as we could hear the neighbors conversations quite well and the TV from about 4 rooms down. "
