- The guests may not use the laundry. This is organized by the house keeper.
- The cleaning of the outside pool is done daily.

- The overseer is available 5 hours per day. He can also cook for the guests and remain longer if necessary. This service is available on request and on payment.
- The Electricity has to be paid if the usage results to be over 600 kw.
