"I loved this hotel - it's old school and sparkling clean. I didn't try the breakfast as I had a very early train. The only slight down side is that the check-in took quite a long time - the staff use an iPad to collect lots of personal information. "

"Everything was just perfect from the assistant that helped us with our bags, the concierge , the restaurant staff . The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . Many thanks for the excellent service . "
