"By far the most compelling feature of this hotel is the proximity to the Mayo Clinic hospital. Easy access across the street or by tunnel. After my wife's same-day-surgery, a Mayo staff member pushed directly her to our room! The hotel almost functions as an adjunct to Mayo, in a good way. The property itself is a bit modest and outdated, and construction aids to the congestion. But the staff are helpful. We have stayed there for past clinic visits and would do so again."
