"We liked very much the region, we loved Kardamili and it s restaurants. Ag. Nicolaos has also nice environment at night. We would have appreciated more information about exact location. The house is nice and enoughly equiped . The last bit of the road to access is quite bumpy. Theclea"

"It was an incredible experience to live alone in an abandoned village in Mani. You feel far away from everything and it is a nice feeling. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes driving. The house is always fresh downstairs in the main bedroom. For the persons who like to hike, unfortunately, a fire occured in august 2021 so it is not very pleasant to walk in the countryside around. Mosquitoes could be a challenge also sometimes during the evening (even in the house). The views from the house are...

"Loved it. If you’re looking for a cute quiet spot in a teeny village, you can’t beat this. The view was stunning. The beach was unreal. Several restaurant options within a short walk. Even prettier than the photos. "

"It started badly. It took 4 attempts to get check in details via 3 different people. Then, when we arrived at the admittedly charming location, things unravelled further. the very first thing that hit us was a fusty smell of neglect as we opened the door. We do not think the description or the website is accurate. Far from being - as promised - a charming holiday cottage with a warm and cosy atmosphere - it is a rundown, cramped, shabby bungalow in desperate need of maintenance. The woodwork...

"4 nights for the jazz fest and I wish we’d booked a week!This place is perfect for 4 adults (I think using the advertised sofa bed would’ve been too cramped)Beautiful house about an hours drive from Kalamata airport. 5-10 minute walk down the hill to the village which was ideal to dip in and out of the music. The terrace with table chairs was ideal and the pool was very welcome! Great that pool towels and toiletries were included as it allowed us to travel hand-luggage only for a short break....

"A small gem set in unspoilt countryside with breathtaking sea views. We had a lovely time in the house of Dilly, who is an absolutely charming host. It's just five minutes from the beach and the friendly little port of Agios Nikolaos. Lots of great walks in the area and excellent restaurants. Lovely experience, we'll be back with great pleasure. "This beautiful and comfortable villa is an amazing oasis and the owners and caretakers could not have been more lovely and helpful. The private pool and outdoor space were sublime! And the coffee in the cabinet was delicious! Would return in a heartbeat!"
