"Melia truly takes things to the next level in terms of comfort, location, food, and space. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with the All-Inclusive option, and the experience was mostly excellent. The villa was enormous—easily spacious enough to host a large gathering. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the private pool was a fantastic touch. It meant we didn’t need to head to the main pool or beach just to cool off, which added a lot of convenience and privacy to our stay. Dining at Melia was another highlight. The food quality was consistently high, especially the meats and seafood, which were always fresh and plentiful. However, the All-Inclusive package left us a bit puzzled. Many drinks required either an upgrade to a higher tier or an out-of-pocket payment, even if they were listed on the standard menu. The same drink might be free in one spot but chargeable in another, and some beach areas and minibar items also came at an extra cost. For what we paid—$1,000 AUD per night for a family of three—we expected a more genuinely all-inclusive experience. Melia offers a rich program of activities. We particularly enjoyed the yoga classes with Vani, who was both professional and attentive. She adapted each session to the abilities of the guests and even took some great photos to share with us. Overall, our stay was memorable and enjoyable, though a clearer and more inclusive approach to the All-Inclusive offering would elevate the experience further"

"At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future"

"We loved this resort!!! The entrance into the hotel was beautiful! The check in was easy & quick. We had a room with our own pool acces (shared with a few other rooms). The room was very spacious!! The grounds and pool area was beautiful!! There were so many places to layout! There’s a swim up bar. The hotel has beach access. Our stay included a breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from!! And their spa is a MUST!! Thank you!!"

"Everything was first class , I am gluten free which is always a little difficult when traveling. There isn’t gluten free dishes on any menus , saying that they did all they could to help out even ordering in some cider so I could have a long cold drink during the day. Personally we would always like to have a lively bar !! "
