"it was one of the most beautiful places we stayed at during our trip around Sicily- the property is simply stunning , the value for money just perfect , the restaurant delicious and the staff amazing - they were so kind to take us to our two outings in the area so we could focus on enjoying ourselves .. I would LOVE to come back again for a longer stay and would recommend to anyone who asks. The room was a bit hot but I am sure if we told them they would have provided a solution… wonderful place !!!!"

"Talé was a sanctuary for us!! Spectacular views and so peaceful! We absolutely loved our stay here, probably our most memorable stay during our 2.5 week vacation in Sicily. Super close to Mount Etna for excursions or hikes. Also close to the small town of Piedemonte Etneo which was so charming and we found some great local dining spots. I highly recommend this place and we didn’t even bother going to Catania because we couldn’t leave the poolside and the view! The breakfast was phenomenal as well! Don’t think twice just book it!! Enjoy! "

"Pleasant surprise discovering this stay exceeded all the excellent reviews. Owner Chantal (half Sicilian / half Swiss) & family rightfully pride themselves on this great lofty viewpoint, the care they put into guest service, well equipped cool bedrooms & breakfast produce either grown on their own land or sourced nearby. We found their local knowledge & tips more helpful than guidebooks. Top tips: book the popular masseur early & ask about the day boat trip (150hp open rib) which speeds you from 15 minutes away to the astonishing, relatively unknown Vulcano & Lipari islands, where 2 stops make for the perfect value day out! Highly recommended hospitality makes ‘Just Be’ particularly memorable - a real gem from where enjoy beautiful hilly drives to also reach tourist hotspots Taormina & Etna"

"Modern and well equipped hotel with very nice staff. This hotel is located in a marina and the views are amazing. There are 2 or 3 restaurants in the marina and the food is really good. I’d highly recommend it."

"Beautifully located, spectacular scenery amongst the slopes of Etna and the vineyards. Property is well hidden, you wouldn't know it is there unless you are specifically looking for it. Property is well maintained and their respect for the environment and minimal impact is evident. The staff were wonderful with our check in, escorting us to our room. The pool is lovely, elevated and surrounded by vineyards. Our room was perfect, situated in one of the bungalows. All furnishings and amenities in the room were excellent. We took advantage of the winery tour and tasting and dinner. Our guide was great, very knowledgeable about the winery itself and the wine world in general. Our dinner was delicious....highly recommend the tasting/dinner combo. The staff was very accommodating on our check out date, as we had an Etna trek/tour planned, holding on to our luggage and letting us leave our vehicle there while we were away on our tour for several hours. Looking forward to returning some day, either here or on of the other Filiato properties. "
