Situated in Racale, it is just 3 km from the seaside of Torre Suda, known for its low, easily accessible rocky coast that is perfect for swimming. It’s also a short drive from the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
The villa features:

An additional lounge area furnished with two double sofa beds and a relaxation corner.
A master bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower box.
Two bedrooms, each with a three-quarter bed (ideal for an adult and a child up to 10 years), both with en-suite bathrooms with shower boxes.
A laundry area , a covered and furnished veranda with garden furniture, and a wood-burning barbecue.
The outdoor space includes a large garden with a shaded dining area equipped with a fireplace, an additional dining or relaxation/reading corner, a play area for children, and a convenient outdoor shower.
