"At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up. "

"This apartment rental was perfect. I was solo, but as a couple or even 3 people could sleep in the unit easily. kitchen was adequately equiped and clean. I can recommend this place for skiing at Grandvalira."
