Located on the 3rd floor of a small (only 42 units) quiet complex, you will have unlimited views of the beautiful sunsets, turtles feeding and playing in the reefs, right in front of the complex, and whales at play, during their season, on your private lanai. We have direct ocean access for snorkeling and swimming along with a dipping pool and many lounge chairs. Our beach is just 50 feet away.
We are centrally located in West Maui just minutes away from the major resort areas of Ka’anapali and Kapalua. Within walking distance you will find “Bad Ass Coffee”, grocery stores, a Farmer’s market, snorkel and surf rental shops and local parks. Golf, water sports, more shopping, dining and more great beaches are all just a short drive away (Lahaina, Kapalua, Kahana and Napili are all within 4 miles).
Our condo was completely remodeled in 2018. There are two enclosed bedrooms with two full baths. The Master upstairs has a queen bed with bath en suite. The lower bedroom has two twin beds. Both have large closets. Our sofa is a queen size convertible.

The fully furnished kitchen will provide you with all that you need to create a gourmet meal or a quick bite to eat including a refrigerator with ice-maker, cook top stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, rice cooker and every utensil you can think of. We also have boogie boards, sand chairs, coolers, shade umbrella and even a set of golf clubs for your use. There are two HD TV’s with cable along with DVD and CD players and an Ipod docking station. There is also free Wi-Fi available to our guests along with free local phone service.

Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom, living room and kitchen to help the tradewinds keep you cool.
There are two gas BBQ’s available for your use. Our site manager grows fresh herbs for your use in the same area. Free off street parking is provided as well as all the linens and towels, including beach towels. There is also a beautiful laundry room located near the office (which has a great free lending library in case you forgot your book).

For each sunset, the sun is wished a speedy return with a traditional blowing of conch shells on our seawall. Our units have two for your use. Every Friday, there is a no host “pupu” party by the pool where guests can mingle and share favorite adventures and swap recommendations for dining, beaches and the other great Maui activities.
