"Had a hard time getting in after dark, as there wasn’t an outside light on. Couldn’t read the entry code instructions. No one answered the doorbell. It was scary . My room was on the top floor, which was difficult, with my suitcase ; there was not a lift. My room was very hot; had to open the windows for it to cool down. As I was right outside the school playground next door, the noise woke me up early. Staff was very helpful & kind."

"We absolutely loved this property! The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible - I’ve never eaten so many scones before! The hotel is charming and very clean. We loved its proximity to DART and quaint neighborhood. We returned very late at night on the light rail and felt totally safe walking in the neighborhood. We would stay here again."

"Communication with Rory was good. The home itself was clean and nicely decorated. We did have issues with the hot water heater which is on a timer - though this was our own fault for not seeing the instruction sheet upon arrival. Would recommend asking for it to be set to keep the water hot for whenever you would like because our group tended to shower at various times both morning and night.It is indeed very close to the stadium and the train, so we were able to hear a bit of street noise. Walkable to some good restaurants/pubs. Would highly recommend if you are attending an event in aviva stadium because you won’t find a closer spot!"
