Disappointed that things like the sky bar, aqua bar, and restaurant on 24 th floor weren’t open even thought they are advertised on the welcome page of the room tv. Our room was a little noisy even though on 14th floor from the street traffic below. Staff very helpful. "

Didn't have time to see the pool, we really regretted not having chance to use it and also its spa service. We didn't have too much time although we thought it will a special service.
