"The room was clean and cleaned everyday. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. There were quite wide range of food choices. Nothing to complain. "

When booked the The description said 'access to near by indoor pool' but the hotel responded no pool access Would like to get a clarity on it "

"Resort has beautiful view of mountains, resort has very nice pool for family and preferred slots for ladies when gents are not allowed, and other slots where all gendres allowed. Other facilities of games and park are also engaging kids. There are good restaurants offering local food and fast food like pizza."

"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for vegetarians( almost nothing) . Did not get even bread slice in spread/ no toaster. overall average experience and recommend to look for alternate options or do not go with very high expectation. "

"Its a very quiet place if you are searching for relaxation, the area around it not that nice, i don’t recommend using the street taxi because they will charge you 3x. I like the hotel as an experience and i think you don’t need to leave it at all."
