You are offered a good choice for breakfast and it is
very reasonable.
Downside, it does not do evening meals so you have to make alternative arrangements. Fortunately there are quite a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
Great that you can take your dog but they are not allowed in the large breakfast room and you are seated in the lounge on a sofa with a coffee table. Bizarrely the reason given is...

"So, a one night stay for Donington Park and it was a head on a pillow.
The property is in dire need of an uplift.
It felt like I was staying in a care home to be honest.
The food in the restaurant was excellent but the atmosphere, oh my days,so quiet and sterile. Get some background music on......
And no air-conditioning."

"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there).
For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."
