"Gostaria de deixar uma dica para o proprietário, poderia investir em rampas de acesso na entrada do hotel e na entrada dos quartos térreos, facilitaria bastante para os idosos e pessoas com baixa mobilidade. Na ocasião em que estive no hotel, haviam 2 cadeirantes, e um deles era o meu pai. Seria de grande valia que olhassem com carinho e cuidado para esse público. The neighbours played extremely loud music, which you could not speak above and the whole building vibrated and echoed with the noise.
