"Clean hotel with excellent staff, wood floors so you can hear a lot of noise from inside and side room.Noise from outside so ask for rooms without windows. Not the best area cause a street market just 1 block from there but for the price it is perfect.Breakfast done with love."

Hotel Mediterráneo Quito
3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (16)
"Chose this hotel because it advertised 24 hr check in and appeared to have a fully functional bathroom. Arrived middle of the day and had to wait nearly an hour ringing the bell and having the cab driver call the posted number before getting in. No hot water and was charged twice. The staff was nice once present. Just not what I expected as the first stop after flying."

Boutique Plaza Sucre
3.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (229)
"Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. "

Hotel Catedral Internacional
3.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (57)
"This has been the worst hotel, if you can call hotel, I've stayed at. First of all the photos displayed are not real. The smell that comes from the bathroom pipes are so strong that the entire rooms smells like feces. There is hot water. This is our second day here and we noticed we are the only ones staying at the hotel, the rest of the rooms are empty. The food is horrible. We couldn't even drink the coffee. Over I will never come back here"
