"We spent 6 nights at Hotel Casa Gardenia. The staff made our stay so easy and convenient. Rooms were very nice, view from the lounge on the top floor was amazing and the location in Old Town made it very easy to get to sites."

Arrived middle of the day and had to wait nearly an hour ringing the bell and having the cab driver call the posted number before getting in. No hot water and was charged twice. The staff was nice once present. Just not what I expected as the first stop after flying."

However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. "

The smell that comes from the bathroom pipes are so strong that the entire rooms smells like feces. There is hot water. This is our second day here and we noticed we are the only ones staying at the hotel, the rest of the rooms are empty. The food is horrible. We couldn't even drink the coffee. Over I will never come back here"
