"This property is so lovely, The hosts Karen and Andy are so warming and kind . Ted the poodle is so adorable too ! Everything was perfect, breakfast was fresh and really nice . We would highly recommend this guest house we have stayed in many over the years whilst travelling to Cornwall and is by far one of the nicest we have stayed in and we will be booking to stay again . Lovely hotel

"Lovely friendly staff at check on and the bar. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was lovely and not crowded. Very close to Fistral beach, beautiful views from the lounge, some rooms have balconies which looked lovely."

Loved it!

"We loved staying at the Minerva Guesthouse. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. as are the staff. It's really what makes this place special. The location is excellent, right near the beach for an early morning or evening walk when the tide is out. Our room for three was tight but with everything we needed: an excellent shower, comfortable, clean bed, and closet space. Go for the location, but stay for the hosts. "

"Down in Newquay for the bank holiday with friends on motorcycles. Twin room. I found the bed comfortable and the whole place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit small for me (6’ 2” and 15 stone) but adequate. Food and drink was excellent. Would definitely use again."

"couldn’t be happier with my choice! location was amazing! Walking distance to Fistral Beach .. Staff was really friendly, shout out to Ivan for his help with everything I needed :) The rest of the staff was equally accomodating and friendly.. The view from the room was great. The restaurant downstairs also had a lot of food choices. The bedrooms were very clean. I highly highly recommend staying there! "

"We loved our night stay here! Was welcomed by a very friendly and chatty man, was very simple to check in and out. The view from our room made our stay, we fell in love with the balcony views. We ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. No complaints at all! And we can’t wait to book again, thank you "
