"This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!"

The only negative really is the first impression from the street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible from a private parking lot beside the building and up a big set of wooden stairs. "We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on."

"Does not reply to messages at all……. Check-in time was 3pm. Had not received any info about checking in at 1pm. Customer service reached out to help and couldn’t make contact either. At 3pm I called customer service back and after 30 mins with them , host finally responded with property was unavailable…. Host could have cancelled but didn’t …… VRBO customer service was very helpful in this situation.. Thanks to them….."
