Para ese precio debería tener algunas mejoras. Por lo demás ubicación era excelente y también el jardín y la piscina estaban muy bien cuidados. Muchas gracias un salido"

Weather was not quite warm enough for the pool but it was very tempting and wonderful to have it available. "Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf (Santa Maria de Geraz de Lima) zwischen Viana do Castelo und Ponte de Lima. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich auch ein Café mit frischen Backwaren. Der Dorfmetzger ist ca. 800m entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, die auf zwei Etagen liegen. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet (Gasherd). Im Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist, gibt es einen gemauerten Holzkohlegrill und einen umzäunten Pool. Der Standort...

"Very nice house on a nice and quiet location with perfect view on the Atlantic. Only issue may be the barking dogs (also at night) from the surroundings that sometimes give disturbence."
