"Everything was fine and the proprietor very helpful. The open living-dining room and kitchen were exceptionally nice. It's quite a long walk to downtown, though (the "5 minutes" must refer to driving). Easy walk to the Intermarche, though, which helped, since we needed to buy some food, etc. "

"Appartement idéalement situé proche du centre-ville, propre, calme, très bien équipé (il manque juste des lampes de chevet et des supports de valises dans les chambres, ainsi qu'une mini poubelle dans la salle de bain et les WC, pour les dames). L'absence de la propriétaire (en vacances) m'a un peu gêné, mais la plupart des problèmes ont été réglés par textos, sauf l'activation de la télévision : une notice papier détaillée eut été la bienvenue !"

"Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rodez à pied et profiter de la ville, les propriétaires sont sympas et réactifs. L'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable à vivre, cependant, il manque de déco (cadres, objets etc.) pour mieux personnaliser le logement. La cuisine manque également de certains accessoires comme 2 ou 3 saladiers et des plats. Ces petits manques ne sont pas majeur et nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rodez. ;"

"We loved the property, it is very peaceful and quiet, the pool is gorgeous and the house itself is decorated very nicely and feels cosy. It had all we needed to cook, and the two coffee machines were appreciated! We were 4 adults using two bedrooms, there was plenty of space for us all. It is a 10 min drive out to the nearest little village, and perhaps 25 mins to the nearest city, which was perfect for us. Pascal had some wonderful recommendations for us which we enjoyed.
