"The property is beautiful. The staff was great and very helpful. I enjoyed the room. The king suite was very comfortable. The bathtub was roomy for two. The pool and bar were the best things about this location. In the fall, there will be problems, as there is no restaurant. The food was terrible. It was very salty. I had to return it. Also, the room service was delivered in a bag. I couldn't believe it. I am in a suite with plenty of places to eat and no pleasant way to eat it. Then the food is terrible. The menu was limited, and the wine list had nothing to match it. Most of the guests left the restaurant to eat. The breakfast isn't worth the price either. I had to return my breakfast because it was inedible. The eggs were cheap and rubbery. The oil used was bad. I tried the flat bread pizza to play it safe and it was too salty. They piled heaps of cheese and sauce on it, which only made it worse. When a place's food is too salty, it usually means the food isn't fresh. I believe this is the case at this beautiful hotel."

"The hotel is no frills and could use some updating, but it was clean and quiet with friendly staff. I did not like the bedding, as far as sheets, covers, etc. Though there is a good bit of road construction it was convenient to shopping and food"

"This is such a great spot to get away or even just stay a night as you’re passing through. Second stay in the marina- Clean, roomy, family-friendly or a respite for one, it’s the easiest VRBO you’ll ever stay in from check in to check out. There’s not much more fun than feeding the ducks and watching their antics- always great for a smile and a laugh. Teresa and team are phenomenal and the positive atmosphere can’t be beat. I was working but brought my husband this time so he could fish. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Only drawback whatsoever, and 100% out of their hands, is the noise from the nearby highway. But just bring earplugs and/or headphones and it’s totally worth it."
