"Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! "This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed. "We have stayed at this property several times when visiting FSU. It is close enough to campus and very convenient to numerous restaurants. The house is very quaint and the neighborhood is quiet. On this last visit, Ryan was very accommodating to our schedule changes and was responsive to the chats."

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
