"The rooms are clean though you can find hairs on the bedding and pillowcases and once in a while on the towels. The best part about this place is the friendliness of the staff and the Breakfast is always very good. I did leave a note for housekeeping to just put in new towels and take out the trash and instead of following my special request, they went and touched my belongings and clothes, which really mad me mad. So if you're a germophob like myself and don't like people touching your things, then I wouldn't stay here. Also to note, one of the other guests was washing laundry and never came back to get it out of the dryer until three hours later and because I took her laundry out and put it in a clean bag so that I could finish my clothes, she threw a dirty fabric dryer sheet in the dryer with my clothes."

"The property was beautiful with stunning views. The hosts thoughtfully provided every amenity we needed, even arranging to add a travel crib at our request (along with new crib sheets and an adorable stuffy). They were responsive to our questions. Do understand that if you're visiting on a concert/festival weekend, you can hear all the noise from the venue as well as any late night concertgoers returning and carrying on some after parties. We absolutely loved being so close to all the action, but if you have light sleepers in your party, don't forgetful your ear plugs! Will definitely be returning for our next Gorge adventure!"

"Excellent location in Sunland! Level spot. A couple of notes to consider is this can be a shared spot with another RV as the listing shows. There is both 50 and 30 amp on the power box we used (in front of shed in pictures), but the 30 amp was not conducive to the power cord in my trailer. It would not go in to connect all the way flat as the 30 amp box has a lip that goes all the way around. Luckily, I had a 30 to 50 amp connector so there was no problem, but if not, this definitely would have been an issue. Not sure what the connections are on the other spot on the property but something to think about for sure when planning. The host may have an adapter available, but we did not need to inquire. There is no Wi-Fi available on the property and Sunland is very spotty, depending on the your carrier for cell phones."

"Kim and TJ were amazing hosts! Shabbin was perfect for a sunny weekend getaway. We loved the outdoor shower and view of the water with our coffee in the morning. It was our first experience in Sunland and already planning to return to the Shabbin! Amazing location for a Gorge concert!"
