"The hotel is beautiful and the grounds have a castle that they encourage you to explore. The bar was nice, and the bartender was very helpful. Our room was a LONG way from the front desk and you can't access it from the outside. We had a small child, but the kid zone they advertise is only open for a few hours 2 days a week. Likewise, there are limited hours for children to use the pool and a dozen rules to follow in the pool area. "

We particularly enjoyed the younger man at the bar—his professionalism was really impressive, and he made our evenings even more enjoyable. The location was another big plus. It’s super walkable, so we could easily explore nearby shops and restaurants without any hassle. Our room was clean and comfortable, which really made a difference. Plus, room service was outstanding. Every meal we ordered was prompt and delicious. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.
