"The hotel is beautiful and the grounds have a castle that they encourage you to explore. The bar was nice, and the bartender was very helpful. Our room was a LONG way from the front desk and you can't access it from the outside. We had a small child, but the kid zone they advertise is only open for a few hours 2 days a week. Likewise, there are limited hours for children to use the pool and a dozen rules to follow in the pool area. "

It’s super walkable, so we could easily explore nearby shops and restaurants without any hassle. Our room was clean and comfortable, which really made a difference. Plus, room service was outstanding. Every meal we ordered was prompt and delicious. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.
