"Very clean and friendly staff. Utilized RUI Elite Club. This helped a lot with restaurant reservations to avoid the long line at the Steakhouse. Move than enough food at all restaurants. Pool wait staff is very slow due so many drinks they have to get. So if you don’t want to wait then you can walk to the pool bar and get speedy service. The massage people on the beach are a bit pushy they will ask you over and over about getting a massage and how they are the best. Overall experience was amazing, food was delicious. Drinks wise… I’m a beer guy so I only drank beer but for the few shots I had the Mexican candy shot was delicious. Tomas the server at the buffet was absolutely amazing. My mimosas and drinks were never empty. "

"We liked that it was 15-20 from city which made it a little a bit more peaceful. We could here wild life in the mornings when everything is much more quiet. Tours are very easy to access. "
