In love with the Presquile and its waves, we recharge our batteries as soon as possible in our holiday home located in a dead end of the charming village of Kermorvan.

Our house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with living room and fitted kitchen. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults.

The garden is fully fenced and therefore secure for children. It has a terrace, a large table with chairs for enjoying good sunny breakfasts. The terrace faces south and is equipped with a blind.

We are 300 meters from the Castero beach via a small path behind the house.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

On the ground floor:
• Living room including dining room, American kitchen and TV lounge
• Sofa bed in the living room

Upstairs :
• Bedroom 1: 2 pull-out beds of 90cm (possibility of bringing them together or separating them) with large cupboards
• Bedroom 2: 140cm bed with a room with large cupboards and wardrobe

Outside :
Fenced garden facing south with garden furniture and sun loungers. The terrace is equipped with a awning.

A garden shed is available to house your bikes or boards.

Besides, stand up paddle (2) and bikes (1 men's and 1 women's mountain bike and a 20 "children's bike) will be at your disposal and must be returned in good working order.

Marie de Ty’Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you on the premises and can make your stay easier, do not hesitate to contact her.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, rental of equipment and sheets, full fridge ...)


Arrival: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. // Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. subject to availability

CONDITIONS

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Contact Marie if you want her to provide you with the necessary (20 euros per double bed - 15 euros per single bed - 5 euros per person for the bath kit)

A deposit of 500 € will be requested on your arrival and will be returned to you on your departure if no damage is noted.

We ask you to return the house in the same clean condition as you found it. The household deposit will be 80 €. You can also ask Marie to do the end of stay cleaning (70 €).

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Animals are not allowed.
