"We had a 6 night stay and it proved to be the most convenient and comfortable stay while visiting family in the area. The breakfast was great. There are filtered water dispensers on the guest room floors by the elevator, and I was so happy about that cuz it meant not having to buy jugs of water to increase plastic waste. It’s connected to the mall so it made dining a breeze. We even enjoyed super easy access to massages, facials, gift shopping, bowling and billiards. I’d definitely stay here again. The staff were super nice too!"

"The staff is outstanding, extremely friendly and courteous. They responded so quickly requests such as fresh towels, more tissue, ice to our room, and explaining the aircond controls. The negatives are a non-working telephone, an odor coming from the drain in the bathroom floor, and only warm water available in the shower. We stayed 5 nights and I think this was our third time staying at Eurotel Vivaldi. We think it's an excellent value and we love how close it is to the fresh everything market. We recommend it but understand this is not a 5 star by US standards."

"We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own. The hair dryer in our room also wasn’t working, so I had to ask the front desk for another one. When we asked for fresh towels, they could only provide bath towels because their laundry delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Overall, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel was clean. With some improvements to the towels, amenities, and room upkeep, it could be a much better stay."
