"This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service. We didn’t know before we booked there is a kids area (in the back of restaurant) that is perfect for most ages of children. My boy absolutely loved it. The food was excellent at anytime of the day. We had a Superior King Room which was plenty large and very modern. We loved the room (and we are extremely picky about quality). The hotel is a busy place with many business professionals checking in for work and the like, but that never impacted our stay. They were able to handle a lot of people with ease. We didn’t have many requests for the front desk, but every time we did request anything it was taken care of properly. All around the staff were excellent. Domun has an onsite free parking garage. This was crucial for the rainy afternoon returns to the room. Centro is very close to hotel by car (5 minutes), Juriquilla is about 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic pattern. Pool was open and very nice. Rooms are sound proofed between the rooms, slight road noise, we never heard any noise from neighbors. 10-out of-10 I would recommend. Having a car to drive would be recommended and it was perfect for us."

"Excelente servicio, todos son muy amables muy hospitalarios pendientes de las necesidades y dispuestos para ayudar en todos los aspectos desde sacar una copia fotostática hasta sugerir ideas, servicio de excelencia, el servicio de Housekeeping se lleva cinco estrellas y el hotel está localizado en la zona centro donde todo te queda caminando. Las regaderas muy placenteras de muy buena calidad recomendado al 100%. Le doy cinco estrellas. El encargado del restaurant se llama Jorge y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Estuvimos hospedados"
