"Nice and clean "

"Excellent guest service , the only thing the dining area is always being closed way ahead of time 30 minutes prior to it’s end time been staying there for 3 years for the convenience of having everything close by just the breakfast being picked up removed to early it’s a small area basic food toast yogurts waffles no hot food is offered so I think they can wait for the actual end time and the lady that picks up the food is just standing there looking at you and everything you are grabbing and eating intimidating you I have worked in hotel kitchens where I actually serve hot breakfast food and our policy is to always wait till the end time to start picking up the breakfast area and do not stand around intimidating or rushing people. the room service no shampoo no soap no lotion being offered because apparently they ran out they could only provide 1 tiny bar soap because the cleaning lady said she had ran out since a couple days back proper training and etiquette with their workers is needed but other that everything was fine "

"It was a great stay. It was only for the night because we were gonna go to Kickapoo the next day. The room was very clean. The customer service folks were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would recommend and I would stay here again. it was a great location next to some restaurants and a gas station so no complaints."

"Always have fun at casino and we feel safe at this hotel. Once we arrive the premises we don’t have to leave. I think adding chic filet restaurant would be great (just an idea for hotel owners to think about). 🤔😊"

"New hotel, nice pool, nice gym. Juan Pablo checked us in, wow he is amazing!!! Great customer service!! Don’t let him go Hyatt! So young and so experienced. The room was nice, but I suspect they have bed bugs unfortunately. A brand new hotel and looked clean but they had tiny insects on the bed and they seem to be bed bugs. "

"One of the best hot breakfasts we've had at hotels. Food was abundant and they continued to refill everything throughout the morning. Unlike other places we've stayed where when something runs out they don't refill.This place took care of their patrons and made sure food stayed full. Coffee was good with actual liquid creamer and not just powder. Very upscale."
