"It was quiet and peaceful, not suitable for the handicap but made it due for me. I had to go by ambulance to Springerville due to altitude sickness and return early to my home. The rest of the family came back to clean up. I would recommend this rental to others."

"Location - 15 min to Safeway/Bashas , off the main road but still quiet, next door neighbors have a sweet blue heeler and some bulls/horses to see. We enjoyed a free tubing/sledding hill just a couple miles past “Pole Knoll Recreation Area” <- if you put that into your navigation you can’t miss it on the left. They provided 4 sleds but I think you’d have more fun if you brought tubes!"

"Beautiful! Loved the cabin and gorgeous surroundings. Well stocked house and amazing porch settings for outdoor time. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars all around is the fact that you are required to strip, wash and dry all bedding and towels, which adds about 1.5 hours of chores at the end of the stay. Requiring guests to do their own laundry before leaving is a bit much when requiring a cleaning fee as well. Other than that, everything was wonderful."

"We loved our stay at this cozy little cabin! The view from the back porch is amazing…it has unobstructed views of the meadow & pines, & if you’re lucky, you will see some elk grazing in the meadow. The property was clean & comfortable. The only issue we had was finding it because our GPS stopped working. But we contacted the owner & they responded immediately. Definitely recommend this cabin!"

"I have been coming here for several years now. I absolutely love the property total relaxation is an understatement. Had Elk in back yard 10 feet from cabin Sunday am, so incredibly beautiful. Seen over 300 Elk in the meadow just down from the store both Saturday and Sunday evening. The cool crisp mornings are amazing siting on porch drinking my hot tea is pure heaven on earth. I highly recommend if you want some sanity away from this crazy world. I drive just over 4 hours each way and its worth...

"Very peaceful property - a little hot at night (no central air for us hot flashers) but windows and fans were an acceptable substitute. Kitchen was fully stocked, pets were happy in the fenced yard (frenchie) and kids adored the toys in the “kid” room. Plus, watched deer in the morning from the front porch. Great stay!"
