"Location, location, location! 10 min. Walk to Dundas Square were you can take the first stop of the hop-on-hop bus. Very close to St. Laurence market, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is friendly. The hotel needs some refreshing and the cleaning staff should be restrained. The drawers were dusty and the bathroom had a lot of hair. Nevertheless, I would stay again because they honored my Expedia membership and gave a free upgrade to a suit and they gave a free bottle of wine and a complementary bottle of water. "

"Brilliant hotel , great service from everyone we dealt with , the only issue we had was that we were only provided with 3 bath towels daily when there were 4 of us in a room which we had to go to reception everyday to collect the extra towel , I would have thought this issue would be addressed after the first time , we stayed here 4 days but wasn’t not sorted , other than that is great "
