"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"

"A good clean room in a great location for walking to most things. The host, Fred, was very helpfull. I would not recommend it for any light sleepers due to the barking dogs next door and traffic on the nearby main road."

"The outside of this motel looks good. The inside was a nightmare. This place was horrible. Unfortunately, we paid through Expedia days before we arrived and couldn't get a refund. This place is definitely an ants motel. There was also a smell of mold. The walls were paper thin. The staff doesn't speak English. They never have washcloths or towels accessible nor in our room. Outside, they're having illegal drug activities after 9:00PM. You have to move your car to the back parking lot by 9:00AM. You have to climb steep stairs to get to the room. My grandson is 5yrs old and he could knock a hole in our room door. The twin beds were well old and well used. The towel rack had only one nail left in it and it was hanging on one side over the bed. I was terrified and and asked the front desk to fix it. The room door that was missing the safety lock which was never fixed. We stayed up every night in fear of a break-in. We also took our belongings with us everyday as a safety measure. This place needs to be shutdown and to reimburse customers for lack of safety and health issues. "

"Clean, quiet and friendly staff. If looking for something close to the beach and popular areas, this is not the place to stay. Only other thing I would say is the bed was not comfortable. For just a quiet relaxing place and don’t mind driving or getting taxi this is a good place to stay."
