It’s clean, easy to cook and hang out after long days of exploring the area. There’s a great view. We saw lots of birds from the windows. It’s easy to walk around from the apartment. We didn’t have a car and walked everywhere, easily. I would recommend this place to a friend and I would stay here again."

"Quiet and comfortable place to stay in Monteverde! Easy to grab a bus to the cloud forest or walk to the a couple of coffee shops/restaurants. There's also a waterfall across the street that you can swim in."

"If you value privacy and respect this is NOT the place for you. The Good: our family thoroughly enjoyed the Arenal area. Los Lagos was great for kids and adults. Hot springs,water slides and lunch, all for 100 bucks US. It’s a must visit. The area is gorgeous, if you have an extra couple of days it’s a great way to end your trip before flying home.The bad: This is ALL true.
