Here everything is done on foot, stop in the cafés, bakeries or grocery stores in the neighborhood, visit the city and its historical sites, soak up our Quebec culture. Join the bus routes directly in front of the building or it is possible to rent bicycles nearby. Finally, traffic in town is easy and fluid, parking is easy nearby.

Great place in unique location!

Everything was terrific with the location. It's in a newer area of the city being revitalized. What we liked was that it wasn't the center of the tourist area and it had all the services one needs when traveling. The only odd part is the parking. Even though the listing says Parking Included, we still had to pay $36 for two nights of parking. The validation part is confusing because before you checkout you need to leaving the parking garage key in the apartment. However, when you leave the garage you are asked by the computer gate to provide a card/key. We tried everything and with car's lining up behind us we just paid for the parking.

The suite we originally booked had issues with the AC. We contacted management and had the issue resolved the next day. Thankfully it was not as hot day on night 1 but it was brutal the next day. I would recommend to check the AC or heat as soon as you check in. Our wasn't discovered till 8pm and we couldn't really confirm without giving it a chance so it was late when we contacted management. The first response was like "point the remote at the AC" as though we didn't know how to operate an AC but yes, it could be simple user error so all understandable, just glad they switched us to a new room. Everything in the 2nd suite worked perfect! They provided towels, sheets, soap, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishes, cups and hangers. There's a espresso machine, toaster oven and a mini fridge. The suite is tastefully decorated, clean with modern bath and kitchen. The building has a small elevator and clean lobbt. Parking is included for us and is 2 blocks over so it may take some extra planning for luggage or limited mobility. It is self check in/out so it's bit inconvenient to have to grab the parking key first from the room. On last day, bring the key to exit garage, then go back to the suite to return. Area had a lot of restaurants, shops. A good 30 min walk to the tourist areas. Choose your path as some can be steep with lots of stairs. We walked everywhere and would recommend going beyond Old Quebec. There's surrounding neighborhood to discover.
