"The staff is incredible. They are attentive, hard working and go out of their way to make sure that everyone is happy and have what they need. The standard rooms are tiny and outdated. We were moved to a larger, renovated room and it was perfect. The restaurant is excellent. Food is fresh and service is exceptional. Welcome drink and desert was lovely and the parting gift was a nice touch. Reserved transport from the airport directly with the hotel. Very convenient, reliable and efficient. No need to haggle at the airport. The driver waits for you in arrival section with your name on a sign. "

"Amazingly helpful staff. Unfortunately I arrived to the hotel with very bad food poisoning and the staff was catering to our needs. They were super friendly and helpful. At the beginning we even got a room upgrade. Unfortunately I was not able to explore Hanoi much but beautiful comfortable room made my situation better as I stayed there for 2 days.Especially bug thank you to Kim for helping us a lot. I definitely want to come back next time healthy to explore the city "

"I have stayed at this hotel before and I will continue to stay here when I am in Hanoi, Vietnam!! They just got their new Breakfast room open, and it is Lovely!!! The front desk Staff went out of their way again for me!!! My flight was canceled back to the USA, so they were able to allow me to stay in my current room for two more days, which took a little effort on their part!!!! I like everything about this Hotel, but especially the STAFF!!! This is a Charming Botique Hotel!!!!!!!!"
