The hotel is italian-style with the owner checking you in and someone else at the front desk helping out too. "We spent 2 nights in Hotel Arcangelo in Salina. The staff at the hotel especially Giuseppe could not have been more helpful including allowing us to access one of our rooms after checkout for a couple of hours while we waited for our ferry. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent - well worth trying if you stay there."
