"The hotel main reception and bar area is nice, with modern decor. The staff were also very friendly. The room had nice decor and very spacious and there was minimal noise from other guests. It was excellent that the hotel has a water tap offering filtered water (including sparkling) to refill. The only minor issue was the shower head did not work properly as half of the nozzles appeared to be blocked. "The hotel main reception and bar area is nice, with modern decor. The staff were also very friendly. The room had nice decor and very spacious and there was minimal noise from other guests. It was excellent that the hotel has a water tap offering filtered water (including sparkling) to refill. The only minor issue was the shower head did not work properly as half of the nozzles appeared to be blocked. Also, we got to our room and 10 minutes later the service maids were knocking on seeing if we needed the room clean which I thought was strange & even with the do not disturb sign they knocked on. The property is conveniently located with a tram stop right across the road. The tram journey towards central takes 20-30 mins depending on where you get off so easy. Although, going to the centre it begins quiet but more towards the centre it can get very busy and on the way back can also be standing room only. The hotel is also right near the lake and it is a nice walk around the lake. "
