"This was a quick overnight layover. I arrived from London on a Tuesday evening and my flight to AK was 7am. I arrived and waited in the shuttle area and watched as several other hotel shuttles circled several times and no Best Western. I tried using the courtesy phones and they don't work. Then, I called the hotel and she said someone should be there in 10 minutes. I called 15 minutes later and she said he should be right in the area. After another 15 minutes he shows up and and is on his phone...
