The lobby looks a bit dated which made me a bit worried about how my room would be but I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room and saw it was brand new and we'll styled! The bathroom in particular is very nice. Staff were friendly and I had an overall great experience! 😊"

"This is my third tome staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and so well decorated! I love the art and artist theme. It is conveniently located to great dining and shopping. We also walked to a Minor League baseball game, which was fantastic and fun! John J. Jeffries restaurant was absolutely delicious! From vegetarian options to a pork chop for the meat-eaters in our group…everyone had great options! Sam did an amazing job of taking care of our large party. He was fantastic! We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and they made every part of the evening so special!"

"Perfect place to stay in Lancaster…close to downtown (walkable), and an easy drive to other sites such as Kitchen Kettle and Sight & Sounds Theatre. Cork Factory is very unique, and hands down beats all the other chain hotels. It has a lovely restaurant on site for dinner…my only suggestion is to also have breakfast available as that is our only negative."

"When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in, and he had no problem checking me in early as my room was ready. It was quiet through out the night. We had one hiccup with our shower not working properly, however, they were so nice about the situation and resolved it almost immediately. I appreciate and thank them for that. Breakfast was better than most run of the mill hotels. Staff was very friendly and courteous in the morning. I will be staying here again. "
