"This place is nothing like my wife & I have experienced. This is a whole new hotel stay. It was a great experience & very active place. From the food, drinks, service and all, it was truly a great experience. The pool, food & drinks on the rooftop was amazing. I will definitely stay here again."

"Muy buena ubicación, la propiedad es la mejor que he estado en Italia hasta ahora, el personal tuvo mi habitación lista mucho antes de la hora del check in, el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido y placentero apenas demore 1 min. "Beautiful hotel right in the centre. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming and the room was great with a wonderful bright super clean marble bathroom. We booked a superior room and the sheets were fine linen and we slept really well. Cute bar too for a drink."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"
