"Staff was super friendly and helpful especially when our key would not work, he cut us a new one! The only thing about the property is the smell. I definitely think I was allergic to something there and we couldn’t use the air conditioning for that reason. Location was great and coffee and water supplied everyday was a huge bonus! "

"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

"We had a nice stay at the B&B Emozioni Fiorentine during our honeymoon. Our room was very comfortable, and the B&B is in a very popular, walkable area. However, the breakfast piece was lacking. "

"The property was clean and the amenities were good. It is about a 25-40 minutes walk to the historic district. There is a supermarket near by, we were able to buy picnic items and anything we forgot. "

"The location is fantastic- right next to the Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere from there. Upon check in, the host greeted us and showed us how to use the keys. The building that it is located in is a bit dark and creepy to be honest, but once inside the B&B, it is fine. The room was very clean, but there is no storage for clothes. Another drawback compared to a hotel is that there is no staff on location 24H and no concierge (there is an info card in the room with recommendations for...

"Wonderful stay in great part of city and Blocks from train station. Staff were very communicative before and during travel. Ease and use were incredible. Would highly reccomend this to others looking for quality accommodations and staff interactions while in Florence. Lots of food, gelato, and other shopping very close. Quite immersive and wonderful. "The location is across the street and a few building from the Piazza Duomo. It was convenient to most sites in Florence. There were excellent dining locations close by. The location was clean and the staff was attentive. Our questions were quickly and honestly answered. Clearly stated by the staff is the lack of an elevator. Rooms are 3 floors up. This could be challenging for those unable to walk up and down the stairs. Enjoy"

"Huge, clean room. Had balcony. Big bed. Nice staff! Good location. Everything was perfect!"

"The hotel was fair and the service staff was nice. However our AC didn’t work so we roasted. Hard to sleep and they wouldn’t call for repairs on the weekend so we waited until Monday for a service tech who determined they needed a part. So we roasted again our last night. We asked for a discount because we paid specifically for a hotel with AC but they said NO Discount. So disappointing. "
