"All the staff are amazing here. The attached restaurant is superb, all set in lovely grounds. We used our stay as a hub to visit Pompeii which worked well for us, it's quite a walk but the reception staff helped guide us to the best entrance. They also gave great restaurant recommendations"

"A Hidden Gem in the Mountains - Truly Unforgettable! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful historic hotel, perched atop a mountain in a quaint little village. The setting is absolutely magical-right next to a Roman aqueduct dating back to 100-200AD, and beside a stunning old Catholic church. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the warm and welcoming waitstaff -Gabrielle, Abdelkader, Lello and Mario— (and all the others that we do not have their names) to Antonio the bartender always there to accommodate with drinks and food, everyone made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Francesco and Simon the pool attendants, who were both incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions we had with a smile. If you're looking for charm, history, and outstanding hospitality, this place is a must-visit. We will cherish our memories here forever. My goodness i have never met a better group of family oriented people. This is the way the world should be."
