Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Not for Foreigners
They refused to accept booking made on your website which mentions break fast included. No breakfast was served , at 8 am all plates were empty. I had to live without breakfast for 2 days. Hotel staff not cooperative. The restaurant is only for name sake. My business trip was spoiled. I am planning to take legal recourse against Hotels.com
