"On the one hand, it is fun to stay in this beautiful building. Views are impressive both of the hotel itself and the city of Taipei. However, I felt that the staff was overwhelmed and weren't very welcoming. Breakfast wasn't included and the buffet was pricey. I suggest visiting in the evening and staying elsewhere. That way, you'll still be able to take in the best parts."

"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane.
