The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo."

"good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. The room is spacious but also but dusty and full of sand, facing to the main street so bit noisy, however the air-conditioning is cold enough, and shower water is well functioning."
