Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. "Loved the apartment. It was very easy to get to Valletta with the lift. Sandra was very helpful with information. Speed boat to Gozo was very close and spot to get the hop on and hop off bus was close. We found using the public bus to get around was very time consuming but using Bolt (Uber) was simple and not to expensive so we did both. My only complaint would be that there was no water pressure so it was very hard to was hair. It was only 13 Euro to get to the airport with Bolt."

"We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in Expedia is inaccurate. "The apartment has large rooms and a great front terrace which gets the morning sun. It is very well equiped too. There is a lot of building work in Marsaskala, thankfully this didn't disturb us. Marsaskala is a good base to explore from. We took the bus into Valletta most days to sightsee there or take a second bus to see more of the island. If planning on using buses buy your weekly ticket in the airport. Should we return to Malta we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment."

"I found the property was fully equipped for my needs and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It is also in an ideal situation overlooking the bay in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around the island using the local buses from bus stops very close to the apartment. The check in was was friendly and efficient. I would recommend the place and would book again when, and not if, I go back to Malta"

"The two apartments are spacious, clean and situated near both local amenities and Bugibba itself. The apartments were quiet and felt very safe for our range of ages (5 to 57). "Great hotel! I stayed with my teenage daughter in an upgraded room with a sea view. It was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Malta is lovely. We went on a super boat trip to Gozo and Comino islands - although someone got stung by a jelly fish whilst swimming - and hired a car for a day. I would recommend both! The hotel was really busy but there were always enough tables at breakfast. For any fitness fans though there were only dumbbells of 2kg, 3.5kg, 4kg and then 8kg at lower weights (more heavier ones) and the gym is basic but enough to keep you fit. The pool area is lovely. There was only a male beautician at the spa so you might want to double check on that before booking a treatment if you might prefer a male beautician. (We were not told at the time of booking). "
