"I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade during my stay, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was very good. The only downside was that it was a little noisy due to an event taking place in the garden. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the upgrade."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairo. The service was exceptional, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities and services throughout the hotel were impeccable, and the décor and ambience beautifully reflected the culture, character and history of Egypt, creating a very special atmosphere. The restaurants within the hotel were also of an exceptionally high standard, with excellent food and service. Overall, our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and would certainly stay here again."

"Although the hotel is in need of updating it was clean and the view from our balcony over the Nile with the Giza pyramids in the distance was lovely. Our room attendant was lovely and on seeing my birthday cards left a chocolate cake in our room."
